As the Telangana assembly election campaign period is going to end in another three to four days, BJP has increased its campaign momentum. Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself entered the arena on Saturday and campaigned in support of the BJP candidate in Kamareddy, where Chief Minister KCR is contesting. On this occasion, Prime Minister accused that BRS and Congress parties are one. Prime Minister said that if you vote for Congress, it is like voting for BRS.
Modi said: Congress blood is flowing in CM KCR. KCR’s political rise started with the Congress. He had an alliance in that party in the past. He also served as a Union Minister during his tenure. He thanked the Congress for its goodwill after the formation of Telangana State. He supported the Congress in the Presidential and Vice-Presidential elections against the BJP government at the Centre.
Modi said, “The common thing between Congress & KCR is that they both oppose the idea of ensuring social justice. Today, when the country is celebrating Constitution Day, we must remember that Telangana CM KCR insulted Baba Saheb Ambedkar and the Constitution by floating the idea of drafting a new Constitution.” Pm Modi added that CM KCR by his thinking and approach is a “Congressi”.
