TRS Janagama Constituency MLA Muthireddy has once again become controversial. Mutthireddy Yadagiri Reddy, who is known as a carafe address for controversies, is once again embroiled in a controversy. His own daughter filed a case saying that he had encroached on her land. Due to this, this controversy has now become a big topic of discussion.
A case has been registered against Janagama MLA Muthireddy Yadagiri Reddy in Uppal Police Station. His daughter Tulja Bhavani Reddy filed this case which became a sensation. In her complaint, she stated that her signature was forged in Siddipet District Courts and twenty acres of land was taken in her name.
‘My father has encroached on my land and forged my signature, ‘ said his own daughter in PS against BRS MLA Muttareddy Yadagiri Reddy.
Since time immemorial there has been a fierce dispute over this land. The opposition has alleged that MLA Muthireddy Yadagiri Reddy has grabbed the pond land. Besides, large-scale agitations were also organized. However, this land dispute came to the fore once again when MLA’s daughter Tulja Bhavani Reddy filed a complaint regarding the same.
Is there any family faction behind the daughter’s complaint against the father? Have there been any political differences? It remains to be seen. However, there are large-scale allegations of encroachment of lands against Mutthireddy in the past. In the meantime, Mutthireddy is also being accused of venturing across a disputed 6-acre land across the municipal canal.
