Akkineni Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi are currently working together for a romantic drama Love Story. It is known news that with the alarming rise in the number of Coronavirus cases across the country, the makers of Love Story announced that the release date of the film will be postponed but they did not reveal the new release date. Now according to the latest buzz in the film industry, the team of ‘Love Story’ is planning to release the movie on 13th May coinciding with Ramzan festival.
Sekhar Kammula’ directorial venture ‘Love Story’ was supposed to hit the screens on 16th April but later the makers decided to postpone due to the pandemic situation.
Recently during the press meet , the director Sekhar Kammula said, “The production work for the film Love Story was completed, and it has shaped up quite well. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic we have waited for one year to watch Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi starrer in theatres.
But, judging by the ongoing scenario (covid-19 pandemic), it looks like the cases are going to increase by the time of the film’s release . Because of the increase in Covid cases, people may not come to the theatres to watch this film. So, we decided to postpone the release.”
