Nagarjuna says no to Maldives

Akkineni Nagarjuna recently responded to the Maldives vs Lakshadweep ruckus. Nagarjuna, recently attended an interview with music director Keeravani and lyricist Chandra Bose as part of the promotions of this movie and said that he had canceled the Maldives tickets booked for his vacation.

Nagarjuna said that he had spent 75 days without leisure with the shooting of Bigg Boss and Naa Saami Ranga, so he had planned to go to Maldives on January 18 after the release of the film. But he said that he did not cancel the tickets because he was afraid that someone would say something.

Nagarjuna said, “I have been shooting for Bigg Boss and Naa Saami  Ranga movie for 75 days. I didn’t take a single day’s break. I didn’t even pay attention at home. That’s why I booked tickets to go on January 18. But later I canceled it. It’s not because of fear or what anyone says. But what they did there. “The tweets are not right. They have spoken against the Prime Minister of 150 crore people. I am not going to Maldives just to like it. I want to cancel them and go to our Lakshadweep.”

On the other side, Nagarjuna starrer Naa Saami Ranga has hit the theaters on 14th January.
