TDP national general secretary Nara Lokesh, who was marching in the name of Yuvagalam, narrowly escaped from an accident.  His  Yuvagalam’ padayatra is currently going on in Anantapur. In this district, which is a stronghold of TDP, people are flocking to Lokesh Padayatra. As part of the padayatra, Lokesh narrowly avoided a big accident in Kooderu of Uravakonda constituency.  During the padayatra, the accident took place when TDP fans were honoring Lokesh with garlands in Kooderu.  To honor Nara Lokesh, TDP workers and fans had prepared a huge garland. The crane wires were cut in the process of placing garland on Nara Lokesh with the help of a crane.  With this, Mala fell on him. But Lokesh was immediately alerted and escaped.  The TDP supporters breathed a sigh of relief as nothing happened to Lokesh.

Nara Lokesh was not injured in this accident. He  visited Uravakonda yesterday as part of the padayatra. Nara Lokesh slammed the YCP saying that BC, SC and minority communities were attacked during the YCP regime. He said that the Yuvagalam padayatra undertaken by him will be the final yatra of YCP.

Meanwhile, the Nara Lokesh Padayatra will be going on for 400 days and up to 4000 thousand kilometers from Kuppam to Ichhapuram. The route map of Lokesh Padayatra has been prepared to be among the people for a year. Lokesh Padayatra will go ahead to involve the youth in large numbers.
