Nara Lokesh, who went to Delhi to gather support at the national level in the wake of Chandrababu’s arrest, stayed there for the fifth day in a row. On the other hand, TDP MPs and former MPs are continuing their agitation in Delhi to protest Chandrababu Naidu’ arrest. As the special session of the Parliament is going on, the TDP is continuing its efforts to attract the attention of the country by mentioning the issue of Chandrababu’s arrest in the Parliament. Lokesh’s team has been negotiating with legal experts for the past few days.

On Tuesday morning, TDP General Secretary Lokesh visited Mahatma Gandhi Ghat to protest Chandrababu Naidu’s arrest. He participated in a silent protest in front of the Raj Ghat against the arrest. Many former TDP MLAs, Ministers and MPs reached Delhi expressing solidarity with Chandrababu.

Nara Lokesh will raise issues of illegal arrest in Parliament on Tuesday too. Activities will begin in the new Parliament building later on Tuesday afternoon. TDP leaders in Delhi paid their respects at Rajghat. In protest against the arrest of Chandrababu, they wore black badges and carried out silence.

On the other hand, Nara Lokesh has been busy in Delhi for the past four days. Lokesh held extensive discussions with Nyani Punu in view of the quash petition coming up for hearing in the High Court on Tuesday.  Party leaders say that Nara Lokesh is likely to reach Rajahmundry on Tuesday evening.
