Union Minister and senior BJP leader Nitin Gadkari has issued a legal notice to AICC president Mallikarjun Kharge and general secretary Jairam Ramesh for trying to create confusion by sharing a 19-second video on social media.
While asking Congress leaders to immediately withdraw the content from social media platform X and tender an apology within 3 days of receiving the legal notice.
The legal notice required an apology to Nitin Gadkari within 3 days and the removal of the post from the Congress party’s social media account within 24 hours of receiving it.
Nitin Gadkari has shared a 19-second clipping of an interview given to a channel by Congress Party ‘X’. Gadkari said in that video that villages, laborers, poor, and farmers are not satisfied. Gadkari said the villages do not have drinking water, good roads, good hospitals and good schools. Gadkari made these comments while talking about rural urban migration.
However, although Gadkari spoke about the initiatives taken by the NDA government to improve the living conditions of farmers, it was cut in the video clipping.
