From the past few days there are many speculations that Harish Shankar is going to work with Akkineni Akhil for his next. Harish Shankar has recently scored a decent hit with Gaddalakonda Ganesh and bounced back from the flop of DJ. Akkineni fans are excited that working with Harish Shankar for Akhil is a very good choice considering the commercial viability of the director. However it is now learned that there is no truth in this news and it is a mere speculation.
Truth is that Akhil is currently busy wrapping up Bommarillu Bhaskar’s project. After the completion of this movie, Akhil is in talks with PS Mithran for a Telugu-Tamil bilingual. Currently the project is in scripting stages. Akkineni Akhil has to hear the final draft and it will take atleast two months for this to happen.
If Akhil is happy with PS Mithran’s version then this project will take off. Otherwise Akhil will suggest changes and it will take much more time. On the other hand Harish Shankar is also busy with scripting for his next movie. He hasn’t even completed the script and there is no truth behind Akhil working with Harish Shankar says the close sources. So after a couple of months, may be clarity will come.
