There is an uproar over the injuries of TDP spokesperson Kommareddy Pattabhiram. Pattabhi was recently shifted to Gannavaram Subjail by the police. The police who have registered cases of SC and ST Act against Pattabhi (TDP Leader) and brought them to the Gannavaram court this morning. Police produced Kommareddy Pattabhi before the civil court judge. At the same time, with the orders of the court, the medical report related to Pattabhi was submitted to the judge. In this order, the judge remanded 13 others. When Pattabhi was produced in the court yesterday, Pattabhi pleaded with the judge that the police had inflicted third degree on him.
The police kept the entire Pattabhi in Gannavaram police station last night. The remaining 13 people were shifted to the Gannavaram sub-jail. He was shifted to Vijayawada Government Hospital. Immediately after reaching there, doctors completed the medical examination of Pattabhi and brought him to Gannavaram.
The doctors submitted a report that there were no injuries on Pattabhi’s body. The doctors stated in the report that there were no serious injuries on Pattabhi’s body, only swelling on her hand. Based on this report, the civil court judge ordered to remand Pattabhi to Gannavaram sub-jail. Pattabhi was taken to Gannavaram sub-jail by the police some time ago. But the jailer asked Pattabhi not to come to their jail. He explained that there may be a problem of law and order.
