Andhra Pradesh government has taken Jana sena chief Pawan Kalyan’ comments about village and ward volunteers seriously. The orders were issued in the name of Special CS Ajay Jain on Thursday. According to the Criminal Procedure Code of 1973, the government is ready to take action against Pawan Kalyan. It directed the public prosecutor to file a defamation case against Pawan Kalyan for deliberately making false allegations. The government has taken the derogatory comments of the women volunteers seriously.
Andhra Pradesh Government is ready to take action against Pawan Kalyan under Criminal Procedure Code – 1973. According to CPC 119/4 orders are being given allowing registration of cases. GO alleged that Pawan Kalyan had used defamatory, derogatory and venomous statements against the govt and the volunteer system. GO also mentioned that they are giving permission to interrogate Pawan Kalyan regarding the remarks he made during the Varahi Vijaya Yatra which started in Eluru on 9th July.
On the otherside, Pawan Kalyan made it clear that he is ready to go to jail. Pawan Kalyan said that he is ready for prosecution. “They have ordered to prosecute me. Remember, this is what Jagan will bring down your government,” Pawan Kalyan commented.
