Jana sena Chief Pawan Kalyan lashed out at the arrest of TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu. He expressed his anger that the system of arresting in the middle of the night is being adopted in AP without even showing the basic evidence. He said that everyone had seen how the police system dealt with the Jana sena in Visakhapatnam last year. He said that cases of attempted murder were registered against the Janasena leaders who had committed no wrongdoing and they were unjustly imprisoned. Now the incident of Chandrababu’s arrest in Nandyala has been criticized as similar.
Pawan said that the Janasena completely condemns Chandrababu’s arrest. He said that the way they are treating Chandrababu, who has a lot of experience in governance, is not right. He said that after seeing the recent incident during Chandrababu’s visit to Chittoor district, it is clear that the government itself is encouraging acts that disrupt peace and order. YCP leaders have been repeatedly saying that action will be taken if there is a disturbance of law and order, Police should control law and order,What is your party’s involvement in this matter? He said that the law and order has become worse only after your YCP government came.
Pawan said that if a party leader is arrested, it is a natural thing for their party leaders, workers and cadre to come in support, everyone comes for the leader and this is a part of democracy. He made it clear that the Jana Sena is not looking at the arrest of Chandrababu as a matter of law and order, but as a matter of achieving YCP’s political orbit. Pawan Kalyan said that Chandrababu has his full support and wants him to get out of this.
