Jana Sena President Pawan Kalyan will visit East Godavari district to visit the farmers who have suffered badly due to untimely rains. Pawan Kalyan will reach Rajamahendravaram Airport from Hyderabad on Wednesday morning. He will be touring from the airport to East Godavari district Kolamur, Kantipur, Quarry center via Lalacheruvu, Bommur center and Rajavolu.
During his visit to Godavari districts, Pawan Kalyan will talk to the farmers who are struggling to get remunerative price for grain. After that he will reach Avidi village in Kothapet constituency of Konaseema district via Kadiam and Vemagiri and inspect the rice crop damaged by untimely rains. In Rajulapalem of P.Gannavaram Constituency of Konaseema District, he will inspect the damaged maize crop and talk to the farmers. East Godavari district party president Kandula Durgesh announced that they will reach Rajamahendravaram in the evening and go to Hyderabad.
Jana Sena leaders say that the authorities were alerted by the information that Pawan Kalyan was coming to visit the farmers. The leaders of the joint East Godavari District Jana Sena alleged that the officers and field staff of various departments who ignored the purchase of grain came after the announcement of Pawan Kalyan’s visit. On the other hand, the officials have clarified that the process of grain purchase has been going on since before. An argument broke out between the agriculture department officials and the Jana Sena leaders after questioning the grain procurement process.
