Today, tomorrow, regardless of whether they are big or small, they are sitting looking at their phones whenever they see everything. If they get free time, they waste time playing online games, social media browsing and chit chat. And notice if you are getting addicted to the phone. If we do not get out of it, it can cause untold ill effects on our health. Do you feel like you are missing something without a phone? Are you feeling crazy and bored? But it is definitely an addiction. And here are some tips to get out of it. Read it.

Tips to reduce phone addiction:

Make a decision to set aside one day a week without using your phone. Declare any day in the weeks between Saturday and Sunday as a phone less day or no phone day. Try to enjoy the world outside of it. You will understand the difference between the two.

Make it a rule for yourself not to bring your phone into the bedroom. Never charge it next to the bed.  Try to make the bedroom a ‘no phone zone’.

Don’t always keep the phone facing you. Instead put it in a draw. So we know how many times we are trying to pick up the phone. When the phone is seen on the opposite side, most of the attention goes to it. 

Make sure to turn off all app notifications on the phone. Otherwise some notifications will keep coming. They keep prompting us to look at our phone again and again.
