ECI has started comprehensive training programs for booth level officials in the wake of Telangana Assembly elections.
Officials are busy completing various tasks related to the upcoming Telangana assembly polls. In the recent Telangana Election Commission, several officers have been changed and new appointments have been made. It is in this sequence that the Election Commission of India (ECI) has started comprehensive training programs for the booth level officials in the wake of the Telangana Assembly elections. A training program was conducted in Hyderabad for 34,891 booth level officers from 33 districts of the state.

State Chief Electoral Officer Vikas Raj emphasized that these officers have a vital role in ensuring transparent and fair polling and strictly implement the guidelines of the Election Commission.
He said that booth level officials are responsible for monitoring all aspects related to the polling booth. The Election Commission has organized a training program for assembly level master trainers on the 18th of this month. Later, from July 19 to 25, district wise training classes will be organized to equip the officials with necessary skills and knowledge.
