President Droupadi Murmu will come to Hyderabad for winter stay. She will stay at the President’s residence in Bollaram for five days from today.
The police said that traffic restrictions will be in force in many parts of Hyderabad from Monday evening. At 6:25 pm on Monday, the President will arrive at Hakimpet Air Force Training Center under the Ministry of Defense in a special flight. From there she will enter Bollaram Nilayam at 7 o’clock. Governor Tamilisai , Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, many officials and ministers will welcome the President. On Saturday, the officials conducted a rehearsal for the President’s convoy on the routes that the President travels. CP AK Mahanty of Cyberabad supervised these arrangements.
Restrictions will be enforced from Lothkunta during the President’s stay. The traffic police said that vehicles coming from Hakimpet Airport will be diverted towards Y Junction, Bollaram Junction, Navy Junction, Yappral Road, Bison Gate and Lothkunta Junction on Monday evening. Alternative routes are suggested. Staff have already set up surveillance on the residences on both sides of the road.
President Droupadi Murmu will be welcomed by Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan, CM Revanth Reddy, his cabinet colleagues, Chief Secretary to Government Shantikumari, Director General of Police Ravi Gupta, Medchal District Collector, Rachakonda Commissioner and others. The President will stay at the President’s residence in Murmu Bollaram. She will visit Bhudan Pochampally on 20th of this month.
