Rakul Preet Singh’ name surfaced in the recent drug investigation case of late actor Sushant Singh Rajput and Rhea Chakraborty. Now according to the latest update, Dhruva actress Rakul Preet Singh has filed a petition before Delhi High Court seeking a stop on media trial going on against her after the arrest of Rhea Chakraborty.
The Court has issued a notice to Central Government, Prasar Bharti, Press Council of India, National Broadcaster Association & the Information & Broadcast Ministry. De De Pyaar De girl Rakul Preet Singh, in her petition before the Delhi High Court, has said that a media trial has been going on against her ever since her name came up in the Rhea Chakraborty drug case.
Manmadhudu 2 girl has requested the High Court to instruct the I&B Ministry that there should be no negative media coverage against her. Rakul Preet Singh also said that she got to know that Rhea Chakraborty has named her and Sara Ali Khan while she was on a shoot.
We have already reported that Rhea Chakraborty, Showik, Sushant’s house manager Samuel Miranda and cook Dipesh Sawant were arrested by NCB recently in drug case.
