Ram Charan and Samantha Akkineni starrer ‘Rangasthalam’ which was released on 30th March, received rave reviews from the critics and audience both. Sukumar’s directorial venture opened to humongous response and has collected Rs 80 Cr at the worldwide box office after the successful run of 2 days. This news is confirmed by Umair Sandhu. The film bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers is doing fantastic collections at the ticket window in home states, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana as well as the overseas territories like the US and Australia.
The film even created history by raking in Rs 25 lakh on the first day at the box office in Chennai. It has reportedly beat the records Pawan Kalyan’s Agnyaathavaasi and Mahesh Babu’s Spyder had created by raking in Rs 24 lakh and Rs 18 lakh respectively on their opening days in Chennai.
Apart from the lead pair, the film has other stars like Aadhi Pinisetty, Anasuya Bharadwaj, Jagapathi Babu and others.
