Revanth Reddy is meeting with the top leaders of the Congress party. Congress party leaders announced the name of Revanth Reddy as CLP leader in Telangana on 5th of this month. Congress Party National General Secretary K. C. Venugopal announced the name of Revanth Reddy on Tuesday evening. Revanth Reddy went to New Delhi last night on the call of Congress High command. On Wednesday morning, Revanth Reddy met KC Venugopal in New Delhi. On the other hand, Revanth Reddy has invited Venugopal to attend his swearing-in ceremony.
After the meeting with Venugopal, Revanth Reddy had a meeting with Congress Party All India President Mallikarjuna Kharge. After the meeting with Mallikarjuna Kharge, Revanth Reddy will meet Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi.
On the 4th of this month, the congress party’s legislative party meeting was held. In this meeting, CLP passed a unanimous resolution handing over the choice of leader to Mallikarjuna Kharge. According to this meeting, the Congress High Command finalized the name of Revanth Reddy as the CLP leader.
Revanth Reddy will take oath as Chief Minister tomorrow. Revanth Reddy is inviting top Congress leaders to this oath taking ceremony. He will return to Hyderabad from New Delhi this evening.
