Congress Party Telangana State President Revanth Reddy shed tears on Saturday saying that Etala Rajendra, sell me to KCR, I will give all my property and fight against the ruling party. Revanth took an oath at the Bhagyalakshmi temple saying that they did not take Rs 25 crores from KCR. He got emotional while talking and at one point he shed tears.
Revanth fired on BJP MLA Etela Rajender’s allegations that CM KCR gave Rs 25 crores to Congress. He said that every rupee spent in the previous by-election was given by the Congress workers in the form of donations. They said that Etala Rajender had spoken to insult the labor and financial support of Congress workers. The allegations of getting help from KCR are untrue. He said that he did not get a single rupee from BRS. He is ready to take oath in front of Bhagyalakshmi temple in wet clothes. Etala Rajender was challenged to come to the temple at 6 pm on Saturday. Revanth Reddy has made it clear that he is ready to take an oath in wet clothes in another temple if he does not believe in Bhagyalakshmi. He expressed his anger that he was talking in a low tone for the sake of politics.
Revanth Reddy said that Etala Rajender allegations that KCR had given money should be proved. He asked everyone for help in the presence of Uttam Kumar Reddy and Bhatti Vikramarka during the previous elections. BCs, SCs and STs provided help during the difficult times of Congress. He said that Etala had committed an unforgivable crime for nefarious politics. He criticized that those who make petty accusations are like scrap paper. He said that the expenditure incurred in the previous election was the help given by the leaders of the poor and weaker sections.
