It is known that Y S Sharmila, sister of YSR Congress party president and chief minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy, took charge as the new Congress president in Andhra Pradesh on Sunday. YS Sharmila is especially targeting the ruling YCP and her criticism of addressing her elder brother as Jagan Reddy is creating a stir in the YSP camp. Many YCP key leaders have already expressed their displeasure over Sharmila’s comments.
Speaking recently, Minister Roja criticized Sharmila and said that Sharmila’s arrival in AP is like another non-local politician. After the death of YSR, her name was included in the FIR. Congress party put Jagan Mohan Reddy in jail for 16 months. She asked how Sharmila joined such a Congress which has divided the state. She said that the Congress party has no right to ask for votes in AP. Today, Roja inaugurated the Cancer Screening Pink Bus Camp under the auspices of Swims Hospital at Vadamalapet in her Nagari constituency. Speaking on this occasion, she made comments on Sharmila.
Roja said that for the 14th time in the Nagari constituency, cancer screening tests are being conducted among women through the Pink Bus Camp. It is suggested that every woman should avail this facility. and undergo cancer screening tests. She said that special priority is being given to women in Jagan’s regime.
