Salaar is an upcoming Telugu-language action thriller film written and directed by Prashanth Neel who is best known for helming the blockbuster drama KGF 1 and KGF 2, and produced by Vijay Kiragandur under Hombale Films. The movie starring Prabhas as the titular character alongside Prithviraj Sukumaran, Gabbar Singh fame Shruti Haasan and Jagapathi Babu. Prithviraj Sukumaran is sharing the screen space with Young Rebel star Prabhas in Prashanth Neel’ Salaar. During the promotion of Radhe Shyam, Prabhas shared this exciting news with the media. Today on the occasion of Prithviraj Sukumaran’ birthday, the makers of Salaar released the first look poster.
Prithviraj Sukumaran is playing the character Vardharaja Mannar in this action drama Salaar. His character poster looks intense. The much hyped film is set to hit screens on 28th September, 2023, in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi.
After the success of KGFdirector Prashanth Neel teamed up with Prabhas for Salaar. Shruti Haasan is playing the role of Aadhya in the action thriller. The film Salaar will also be dubbed in multiple languages. Cinematographer Bhuvan Gowda and composer Ravi Basrur are part of the technical crew of this Prabhas and Shruti Haasan.
Prabhas was last seen playing the lead role in Radhe Shyam which was just average at the box office.
