We have already reported that Samantha Akkineni, who is one of the beautiful and talented actresses of South Indian film industry, is making her digital debut with Amazon Prime’s original show, Family Man Season 2. Created by Raj & DK, the show Family Man Season 2 has Manoj Bajpayee playing the lead role, and Priyamani too is part of it. Samantha has wrapped up the shoot of Family Man 2 and she herself confirmed the same by sharing a pic of her from the set. She is seen sporting a bob cut in the pic. Samantha’ 2.0 version is grabbing the attention of her fans.
Samantha posted a pic of her facing towards the sea and said, “Every day on the sets of season 2 of The Family Man has been unforgettable. I am very happy as I got the opportunity and the trust to play a role so completely different from anything I have ever done before.”
Samantha Akkineni also thanked Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK, for giving her the opportunity to be a part of The Family Man Season 2.
Rangasthalam actress Samantha added, “It feels like just yesterday when I locked myself in a dark room and promised to discover ‘her’ world as genuinely as I could And today on the last day of the shoot of Family Man 2 I can proudly say I definitely did not eff it up .”
The sources say that Samantha will be seen playing the role of terrorist in A Family Man 2.
Starring Manoj Bajpayee, Priyamani and Sundeep Kishan, The Family Man, a spy thriller which has 10 episodes, premiered on Amazon Prime Video in the month of September last year. And now Samantha Akkineni is playing a pivotal role in the sequel of the renowned Hindi web series, The Family Man. This is the first time, Samantha is going to make her presence in negative role.
