The fans of the Amazon Prime Video series The Family Man have been waiting for the second season of the series for over a year now. South beauty Samantha Akkineni is making her debut in hindi industry with this series The family Man 2 which also has Manoj Bajpayee. Recently on the occasion of Samantha Akkineni’ birthday, director duo Raj and DK, who are also the creator of the Manoj Bajpayee starrer series, shared a behind-the-scenes photo that featured the look of the actress. During the media interaction, Raj and DK revealed that Samantha Akkineni has done the b*ldest role in her career and is a game-changer for the actress. The twist is that Samantha is playing the negative role in this web drama.
The web drama The Family Man 2 was earlier supposed to release on 12th February but later it was postponed just days before its release.
At the time, Raj and DK shared a statement that read, “We know that you have been waiting for The Family Man 2. We have an update for you. The Family Man Season 2 will premiere on Amazon Prime Video this summer!”
On the work front, Samantha is working with Gunasekhar in an upcoming big budget drama Shaakuntalam.
