But this year when Akkineni family including Nagarjuna, Amala, Naga Chaitanya, and Akhil attended the ANR award ceremony, it was Samantha who skipped the event. The absence of Akkineni daughter-in-law Samantha at the ANR Awards event has become the hot topic of discussion in the film industry and media circle.
ANR Awards is one of the largest household events for the Akkineni’s and all of the members of the family be certain they attend the occasion. Like yearly, the household organized a grand award ceremony to honor the winners and Megastar Chiranjeevi, Vijay Devarakonda, Boney Kapoor and lots of different celebrities attended it. Many Akkineni fans were excited to see Samantha Akkineni on the ANR Nationwide Awards 2019 but the actress was absent at the event. Is she not giving importance to her family. A netizen wrote, “If there is any good in the ANR awards function it is the arrival of Samantha. We don’t have the patience to look at the poor dresses that make us sit at home.”

Samantha has already wrapped up the shoot of his upcoming film Janu, 96 remake in which she will be seen sharing the screen space with Sharwanand. The movie is directed by Prem Kumar and is bankrolled by Dil Raju. The makers are planning to release it in February.
