Party workers and people are eagerly waiting to see who will be in the first list of the Congress party from the joint Medak district. While there are five constituencies in Sangareddy district, it is known that the party has come to a decision on the candidates in four constituencies.
It is being spread that the names of seven candidates may be included in the first list of the Congress in the joint Medak district. No one has doubts about former Deputy Chief Minister Rajanarasimha contesting from Andol and Jaggareddy from Sangareddy.
Both of them have already started campaigning in their respective constituencies. Geetha Reddy who competed in Zaheerabad last three times retired from the competition this time due to age. The Congress party leadership called A. Chandrasekhar, who had won the five-time MLA from Vikarabad, to contest from Zaheerabad again.
Chandrasekhar is coming and visiting every village in the constituency in your name. It is said that Chandrasekhar’s name will definitely be in the first list as no one is competing for the ticket here.
Kata Srinivas Goud and Gali Anil Kumar are contesting from Patan Cheru constituency, but the party leadership is leaning towards Kata. Both activists and leaders think that Kata Srinivas Goud is the leader with the strongest cadre in the Patan Cheru Congress Party.
Kata also benefits from having the support of senior leaders in the party, Damodara Rajanarasimha and Jagga Reddy. Kata is optimistic that the party will surely be named in the first list.
