It is known that SIT had previously issued a notice to Bandi Sanjay in this case and in this order he has to attend the SIT inquiry on Friday, As a part of this, Bandi Sanjay wrote a letter to SIT officials yesterday and explained that he had not received any notice from SIT office. He said that he had come to know about this through the news that he was to appear before the SIT. He added that it is his responsibility to attend the parliament as MP. He further said that he could not attend the SIT investigation. He appealed to give another date. So SIT official once again gave notice to Bandi Sanjay for the investigation tomorrow.
