Recently, we have heard that the Congress party president Sonia Gandhi got infected with the Coronavirus. Soon after the detection of the virus, she was at home isolation for days. But due to some Covid complications occurred yesterday, she was admitted to Ganga Ram hospital immediately in Delhi.
The update was shared by the senior Congress member Randeep Singh Surjewala to the public through social media. He also informed that her condition is stable and there is nothing to worry about. Many politicians and well wishers have reacted to Surjewala’s post and sent best wishes to Sonia to recover soon.
Surjewala also thanked them for pouring good wishes upon Sonia. She has been a descendant of Indian political affairs for several decades. She has led the party successfully in the absence of others in the Gandhi family. Known as India’s iron lady, Sonia Gandhi is the wife of former prime minister of India Rajiv Gandhi.
