It is known that Raghu Ramakrishna Raju has filed a petition to transfer the investigation of the CBI cases against Jagan to other states. In this petition, the Supreme Court has also issued notices to Jagan. The Supreme Court opined that the petition filed seeking cancellation of Jagan’s bail in the property case along with this case should be heard together. But Raghuramakrishnam Raju’s counsel brought to the attention of the Supreme Court that these two cases are separate. He also mentioned the fact that ED and CBI did not challenge Jagan’s bail. Due to this, notices were issued to the defendants including Jagan.
