Suriya starrer court room drama Jai Bhim will be released on Amazon prime this Diwali on 2nd November. Amazon Prime Video announced the same by sharing a post on official Twitter handle. Jai Bhim will be released in India and in over 240 countries on the same date on Amazon Prime Video.
In Jai Bhim, Suriya is playing a lawyer who fights for the rights of tribal communities. Suriya starrer film is written and directed by journalist-turned-filmmaker TJ Gnanavel of Kootathil Oruthan fame and it also has Rajisha Vijayan and Prakash Raj in the crucial roles. Apart from acting in this film, Suriya has also bankrolled Jai Bhim under his production banner 2D Entertainment.
Earlier during an interview, Suriya said he was proud to present this story of the courage and faith in pursuit of justice. The movie features Suriya in the role of a lawyer battling all odds for the tribal communities.
Sean Roldan has rendered the tune for the film, while Rajsekar Karpoorasundarapandia is the co-producer. SR Kathir is the cinematographer and Philomin Raj is the editor.
Apart from Suriya film Jai Bhim, three more projects from Jyotika and Suriya’s production house 2D Entertainment will also be released on Amazon Prime Video.
