BJP has approached the Telangana High Court to cancel the remand of BJP Telangana state president Bandi Sanjay in the tenth class paper leak conspiracy case.

BJP on Thursday filed a lunch motion petition in the Telangana High Court seeking cancellation of Bandi Sanjay’s remand. In that petition, it was requested to cancel the remand imposed by the Hanmakonda court. The lawyers on behalf of the BJP requested the High Court to hear this petition urgently. Telangana High Court Chief Justice Ujjal Bhuyan agreed to hear the petition at 1:00 PM. An advocate also  revealed that Bandi Sanjay Kumar has moved a bail application in a Warangal court.

Warangal CP Ranganath declared BJP Telangana state president Bandi Sanjay as A1 in the tenth class paper leak issue. The police announced that they planned to leak the tenth class paper to discredit the state government. The police announced that there was a conspiracy in the direction of Bandi Sanjay in this matter. Police produced Bandi Sanjay before the Hanmakonda Magistrate yesterday evening.

 It is known that BJP president and MP Bandi Sanjay Kumar was  arrested in connection with the SSC paper leak case. According to police, the Hindi paper was leaked after examination commenced and photographs of the same were circulated on social media by Booram Prashanth, a former journalist who is also a BJP worker. With the prime accused in the case having connection with BJP, police arrested Bandi Sanjay.
