Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy has announced that the state government will introduce ‘Mega Master Plan-2050’ with the aim of industrial growth across Telangana. He said that Telangana will be divided into three clusters as part of this plan.
CM Revanth Reddy announced that the area inside the Outer Ring Road will be divided into an urban cluster, the area between ORR – RRR (Regional Ring Road) will be divided into a semi-urban cluster, and the other area of the RRR will be divided into a rural cluster. He said that instead of industrial development being concentrated in Hyderabad alone, these clusters will help in promoting the establishment of industries.
Focused on creating a friendly industrial policy to attract investments with a view to developing ‘Pharma Villages’ and ‘Regional Ring Road’ to provide employment to 35 lakh unemployed people in the state. In a meeting with representatives of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) at the Secretariat on Saturday, the Chief Minister said that a ‘friendly industrial policy’ should be shifted to attract investment.
There is no room for misconceptions and fears about industrial development. The Chief Minister said that the Congress government will adopt a new approach and they are focusing only on the welfare of the rural people and the development of the villages. The industrialists have assured that every penny invested in Telangana will be protected.
He said that he is available 24 hours a day in the office or camp office and invites entrepreneurs and investors to talk to him and take decisions. He said that there are about 35 lakh unemployed people in the state and they are not considered as a burden like the previous government.
