BJP has released the final list of 14 candidates, including N. Ramachandra Rao and A. Sridevi, who will contest the 2023 Telangana Assembly elections, but many of those who were waiting for the BJP ticket are leaving the party due to disappointment.

BJP  is facing a strange situation in Telangana as the number of people leaving the party before the elections is increasing. In the same sequence, the saffron party in Mulugu was hit. Tati Krishnaiah, who was in the Mulugu party ticket race till the last day of nomination, has resigned from BJP. In a press conference held at his residence on Saturday morning, he announced his resignation from the BJP party and burst into tears.

He said that in Mulugu constituency, he has worked with the BJP for four years and formed committees in all mandals of the district to prepare the BJP cadre to challenge the ruling BRS and opposition Congress parties. Even in ticket allocation, he has loaned lakhs of rupees to strengthen the BJP and kept the leaders and workers on his side believing that he will lead them till the end.

For the past four years, he was given a state-level post to strengthen the BJP in the constituency, but finally cut his throat while protecting the party cadre. He said that even though the party tickets were given to others, none of the state and district leaders contacted him and the BJP party insulted him without even telling him what kind of assurance the party would give in the future.

Tati Krishna has announced that he is resigning from the post given to him as he does not like the way of doing things of the Bharatiya Janata Party and the future plan will be based on the decision of his cadre in Mulugu constituency. Along with him, BJP leaders and activists of seven mandals said goodbye to the saffron party.
