Jana sena Telangana leaders appealed to Pawan Kalyan that Jana sena should contest in Telangana Legislative Assembly elections. Pawan Kalyan held a meeting with Janasena leaders on Tuesday night at Jana sena Telangana state branch office in Hyderabad.
Pawan Kalyan discussed the preparations for the assembly elections to be held in Telangana. The opinions of the candidates who want to contest in the elections have been learned. In 2018, the ally BJP did not insist on the contest respecting the President’s opinion that he should not contest in order to avoid political chaos in the new state. They asked with open voice that they have withdrawn from contesting in the Hyderabad Corporation elections as per the request and this time they must contest.
The leaders are of the opinion that they have been waiting for an opportunity to contest in the Assembly since forever and if they do not contest this time, they will be stopping the growth of the party in Telangana with their hands.
After listening to the opinions of the leaders, Pawan Kalyan said that he himself can understand the situation at the field level and it is true that there is pressure on him, but he respects the opinions of leaders, people’s soldiers and heroic women. He said that one or two days’ time is required to take the right decision. The leaders appealed to Pawan Kalyan to take a positive decision as the situation was in danger of turning negative.
