Thatikonda Rajaiah resigns BRS, to join Congress?

BRS got another shock. Former MLA of Station Ghanpur Thatikonda Rajaiah announced his resignation from BRS party. A resignation letter will be sent to KCR soon. It seems that Thatikonda Rajaiah will join Congress on 10th of this month. It is reported that Minister Ponguletini held discussions with Thatikonda Rajaiah two days ago.

Responding to the issue of resignation, Thatikonda Rajaiah said that he has not offered his resignation and is thinking the same. He added, “I will send the resignation to KCR.  BRS leaders are talking undemocratically about the post of Chief Minister. There is no space to talk democratically in the party. It has been the same since the beginning. It is true that I am unhappy. Leaders of many parties come and speak. I will discuss this with the leaders in the coming days and make a decision. All this time I worked loyally to the party. I also resigned. The fact that I did not contest in the last election affected Madiga’s existence. I apologize to the Madiga community. BRS party should respect the position of the opposition. I will announce my decision soon.”
