Telangana Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan said that unilateral decisions and dictatorship have no place in democracy. She said that Telangana government is committed to the freedom and equality of people of all communities. She added that six guarantees are being implemented and 11 crore women have availed the free bus facility under the Mahalakshmi scheme. She said that all the promises will be implemented within 100 days.
Tamilisai Soundararajan said that the government machinery would be undermined and the economic system which was under the management of the previous governments would be undermined. She said that the aspirations of the youth who fought during the Telangana movement will be fulfilled. She said that governance will be done according to the will of the people.
The governor announced that constitutional systems would be restored. Her government will not make unilateral decisions. The government is working to provide equal opportunities to all.
Telangana Government’s Republic Day celebrations were organized by Tamilisai Soundararajan at the Public Gardens in Hyderabad. Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan unfurled the tricolor during the Republic Day celebrations. State Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and other ministers also participated in the ceremony. Ministers and IAS officers attended the program along with the CM. After unveiling the flag, Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan received the salute of the armed forces.
