Ram Pothineni and Krithi Shetty are coming together with an action drama The Warrior which is scheduled to hit the silver screens on the 14th of this month. Aadi Pinnisetty plays the lead antagonist, while Nadiya will be seen as Ram’s mother. The film is billed to be a proper action thriller with Lingusamy mark mass elevations. It is a bilingual drama which will be released in Telugu and Tamil. The movie marks Ram Pothineni and Krithi Shetty’ debut in Kollywood. The posters and teaser of the Warrior gave a hint that Ram Pothineni is playing a cop in this film. But there is a twist.
A source close to the makers of The Warrior shared the first review on Ram Pothineni starrer. According to him, Ram Pothineni will play a character with multiple shades in the film. He will first be seen as a doctor and how does a doctor become an upright and aggressive police officer will be the biggest twist in the film and it will hold the key in the whole narrative. It is a commercial potboiler which essentially runs on the confrontation between hero and villain played by Ram Pothineni and Aadhi Pinishetty respectively.
On the occasion of Pre release event, director Linguswamy said that he is ready to work with Ram Pothineni for ten more movies if fate permits.
