Former UMP Undavalli Arun Kumar has filed a public interest litigation in the High Court seeking to hand over the skill development case to the CBI due to political corruption in AP. As Undavalli approached the High Court in the matter of the case registered against Chandrababu, there was suspense as to what would happen.

Undavalli Arunkumar has filed a Public Interest Litigation in the High Court to hand over the skill development case registered by CID against TDP President Chandrababu Naidu to CBI.

In the petition, Undavalli requested that the investigation be conducted with a central agency as this case related to financial matters is linked to several states and prominent persons are accused.

Union Home Secretary, CBI Director, Enforcement Directorate, Chief Secretary to AP Government, State CID, AP Skill Development Corporation, Ganta Subbarao, K. Lakshminarayana, Nimmagadda Venkatakrishna Prasad, DesignTech Company, MD of that company Vikas Khanvelkar, Schiller Enterprises, former MD of Siemens Suman Bose, former CM Chandrababu and former minister Achchennaidu included 44 people as respondents in his petition.

Telugu Desam Party chief and opposition leader Chandrababu Naidu, who was arrested in the Skill Development Corporation scam, is currently facing trial in Rajahmundry Central Jail. It is known that the ACB special court remanded Chandrababu for 14 days in this case. Chandrababu’s remand will end today.
