Today is the first death anniversary of an ace politician Atal Bihari Vajpayee. The President Ram Nath Kovind, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, and several top leaders had paid tribute to the former Prime Minister Vajpayee.
From the updated reports it was known that President Ram Nath Kovind, PM Modi and other BJP leaders paid a visit to the memorial for Vajpayee this morning in Delhi.
Former Minister Vajpayee had adopted Namita Kaul Bhattacharya as a daughter and granddaughter Niharika. Here in the ceremony both Namita Kaul Bhattacharya and Niharika were also available at the ceremony today. It is also known that Sadaiv Atal, a memorial of the iconic leader was unveiled on his 94th birth anniversary last year.
The veteran BJP leader Atul Bihari Vajpayee has got admitted at Delhi’s All India Institute of Medical Sciences and after the prolonged illness, he has left his last breath on August 16th, 2018. The late Vajpayee was cremated with state honors and his ashes were immersed in the various rivers across the country.
