South Central Railway has decided to stop at Samarlakota for the Visakhapatnam-Secunderabad Vande Bharat Express train. From Thursday, this train will also stop at Samarlakota railway station.

Vande Bharat Express has announced that this facility will be provided from Thursday, August 3, for the convenience of train passengers in Kakinada district.

Visakha- Secunderabad Vandebharat train will stop at Samarlakota station from Thursday, South Central Railway officials said. The express stops here for a minute. It reaches Rajahmundry between 7.55-7.57 am, Vijamayawada between 9.50-9.55 am, Khammam between 11-11.01 am, Warangal between 12.05-12.06 pm and Secunderabad at 2.15 pm. 

The Vande Bharat train, which departs from Secunderabad station at 3 pm, reaches Warangal at 4.35 pm, Khammam at 5.45 pm, Vijayawada at 7 pm, Rajahmundry at 8.58 am, and reaches Samarlakota station at 9.35 pm. Railway officials said that Vande Bharat halting facility has been provided at Samarlakota on the request of the people and passengers of Kakinada district.
