It is known news that director Teja is going to make the biopic of late Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao, the Chief Minister of United Andhra Pradesh, in which Balakrishna will play the lead role.
According to the buzz in film industry, Teja informed his well-wishers about NTR biopic ending with the victory of Telugu Desam Party in 1983 Elections. NTR’s whirlwind tours and powerful speeches will be highlighted in the Climax. On the other-side, Balayya Babu told NTR Biopic will cover all the key developments happening in his father’s life till his death.
Teja and his team has been hunting for months to find the suitable actress to play the role of NTR’s wife, Basavatarakam. The makers also approached curly haired beauty Nithya Menen to reprise the role of NTR’s wife but she rejected the offer. Now according to the latest reports, Top Bollywood actress Vidya Balan who is popular for The Dirty Pictures, Begam Jaan, Tumhar Sulu, has been roped to play Basavatarakam in NTR biopic. The sources say that she was offered good remuneration and manageable number of call sheets. The official confirmation is awaited regarding this.
