Vijay Deverakonda walked the red carpet at the 65th Jio Filmfare Awards South 2018, along with his by his fan ,rowdy boy, Prashant on 16th June 2018.
Both the actor Vijay Deverakonda and his rowdy boy Prashant wore the same dress on this occasion. During the media interaction Vijay Deverakonda said that the idea to invite his fans to join him at 65th Jio Filmfare Awards ceremony was born out of a desire to have fun with his fans.
Vijay Deverakonda added, “Recently when I visited to one of the collage, I saw that many students were creaming out my name so I decided to extend the madness. As I am an actor, my first responsibility is to entertainer everyone. So I asked my fans to send their details online and i choose one of them for the award night. He was Prashant. He walked with me on red carpet and experiences filmfare.”
Vijay Deverakonda also shared a video clip on his twitter and captioned it, “The story of Filmfare. The story of how my rowdy boy Prashant and me experienced Filmfare. ”
Vijay Deverakonda said, “My rowdy boy Prashant was said that he will go with me at the Filmfare award event but he was shocked when he saw that I was also in the same outfit.” Pelli Choopulu and Arjun Reddy star also opened about his Rowdy Club . He said, “I started Rowdy club to create a platform where I can interact and talk with my fans directly.”
On the work side, Vijay Deverakonda, who was last seen in Nag Ashwin’s Mahanati- the biopic of Savitri, is waiting for the release of his upcoming comedy thriller movie Taxiwaala, directed by Rahul Sankrityan. Currently the film is in post production stage. He will also be seen in NOTA and Dear Comrade.
