Vikram Box office Collections: After a string of theatrical blockbusters from the Telugu and Kannada film industries, it is now Kollywood’s turn to set the box office on fire , thanks to versatile star Kamal Haasan starrer recently released movie Vikram. The movie marks Kamal Haasan’ stellar return to the silver screen after four years which has emerged as a blockbuster.
As per trade estimates, Vikram helmed by Lokesh Kanagaraj which hit the big screens on 3rd June has minted over Rs 200 crore in worldwide box office collection. According to the traders report, Vikram has grossed $31,320 from Norway and $6,543 from Russia after the successful run of 1st weekend. Today morning industry tracker Ramesh Bala confirmed the same by sharing a post on Twitter.
He also revealed that Vikram becomes the First Tamil movie to cross Rs 25 Crs gross mark in Kerala.
Apart from Kamal Haasan, Vikram also has Vijay Sethupathi and Fahadh Faasil in the lead roles and Suriya played a cameo in this actioner. The movie did the unthinkable at the box office. The action thriller, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, surpassed the Rs 100 Cr mark in Tamil Nadu within a week. This is an incredible achievement for a movie to attain this mark in just seven days.
