It is known news that Akkineni Naga Chaitanya has collaborated with Sekhar Kammula for an upcoming project, which will go on the floor very soon. Fidaa fame Sai Pallavi is on the board to play the love interest of Naga Chaitanya. Now according to the latest buzz in the film industry, Akkineni Naga Chaitanya was not the first choice of this upcoming film. Earlier Sekhar Kammula narrated the script of this film to Kollywood actor Vikram son Dhruv but he did not accept the movie as he was busy in the shoot of his upcoming movie Adithya Varma, the Tamil remake of Telugu blockbuster movie Arjun Reddy. It means Naga Chaitanya has accepted Vikram’ son Dhruv’ rejected movie.
When Dhruv Vikram’ rejected the movie, Sekhar Kammula approached Akkineni Naga Chaitanya and narrated the same script to him. Naga Chaitanya readily agreed to do the role since he has been waiting for a long time to work with Sekhar Kammula.
The upcoming untitled film of Sai Pallavi and Naga Chaitanya starrer upcoming project will be bankrolled by Sunil Narang of Asian Cinemas. The movie will go on the floor on 25th August 2019.
Sai Pallavi will be seen playing the role of rural girl whereas Naga Chaitanya will be seen playing a dance teacher.
