Baahubali fame Rana Daggubati and Fidaa girl Sai pallavi are working together for an upcoming film which is titled Virata Parvam. According to the latest update, the makers of Virata Parvam have locked the release date of the film and it will hit the big screen on 30th April.
This is the first time Rana is sharing the screen space with Sai Pallavi in film which is being helmed by Venu Udugula and is bankrolled by Suresh Productions and Sri Lakshmi Venkateswara Cinemas. The film has Mahanati cinematographer Dani Sanchez-Lopez and the music is scored by Suresh Bobbili. Nandita Das is making her comeback in Telugu film industry with this film. Rana starrer also has Priyamani, Easwari Rao and Zareena Wahab in supporting roles.
Earlier there was a strong buzz in the film industry that the film Virata Parvam may release on an OTT platform soon. However, these reports were refuted by the makers of , saying it will only release in theatres.
Director Venu Udugula’s first movie Needi Naadi Oke Katha which was released in 2018, was opened to positive response and he is eagerly being watched to see what he comes up with in Virata Parvam starring Rana. On the otherside, Rana will be seen in Aranya and Sai Pallavi in Naga Chaitanya starrer Love Story.
