The CBI court has extended the remand of the accused in the YS Vivekananda Reddy murder case. It issued orders extending the remand of six accused Erra Gangireddy, Sunil Yadav, Umashankar Reddy, Devi Reddy Sivashankar Reddy, YS Bhaskar Reddy and Uday Kumar Reddy till July 14.

The accused, who are remand prisoners in the Chanchalguda jail, were produced in CBI court today morning. During the trial, the court extended the remand of 6  accused. On the other side, CBI has filed a supplementary charge sheet in court regarding this Viveka Murder case case. While two charge sheets have already been filed, the latest charge sheet has been filed.

CBI court held a hearing in the Viveka murder case today. During the court hearing, the police produced the accused in the Viveka murder case who were in judicial remand before the court. The CBI officials have filed a supplementary charge sheet following the court’s order to complete the investigation of the murder case by the end of June. A charge sheet was filed in Nampally CBI court. On the other hand, the CBI court extended the remand till July 14. The accused were shifted to Chanchal Guda Jail.

CBI court adjourned the next hearing to 14th July. The deadline given to the CBI by the Supreme Court has ended today. Earlier, the Supreme Court clarified that the trial period will be extended as per the need. The CBI did not make any appeal regarding the deadline for the investigation.
