YS Bhaskar Reddy granted bail with escort in Viveka’s murder case. YS Bhaskar Reddy is in remand on charges of conspiracy to murder and destruction of evidence in former minister YS Vivekananda Reddy’s murder case. A 12-day escort bail was granted after seeking bail on the grounds of ill health. Bhaskar Reddy filed a petition in the CBI court seeking interim bail for 15 days due to ill health.
Chanchalguda Jail authorities have submitted a report to the court on Bhaskar Reddy’s health condition. After examining the report, the CBI court granted escort bail to Bhaskar Reddy for 12 days from September 22 to the 3rd of next month and ordered not to leave Hyderabad. Bhaskar Reddy, who is accused A5 in the Viveka murder case, is currently a remand prisoner in Chanchalguda Jail.
On the other hand, Sivashankar Reddy, who is accused in the Viveka murder case, has also applied for bail. Sivashankar Reddy’s petition was dismissed by the special CBI court. Sivashankar Reddy, who was A5 in the YS Viveka murder case, tried many times for bail. Recently, the CBI court has issued a verdict rejecting the bail petition of Sivashankar Reddy.
