The Inorbit Malls are famous in metros across the country and have substantial deference of the customers. Inorbit Mall is coming to Andhra Pradesh for the first time in the near future.
Raheja Group is coming forward to establish its new store (Inorbit Mall) in the port city of Visakhapatnam in a vast area of 17-acre land. The group is already running its store in Cyberabad city of Telangana. The group has paid Rs 125 crore to the port Trust to have the 17 acres of land on a thirty years lease. After the expiration of the lease period, the company has to leave the place with structures.
In case, if the company wants to continue further on the same place, it would have to pay the landpric and the structures price towards lease. K Ramamohan Rao, who is the Port Trust chairman said that the mall would be erected in the Port Trust lands.
He also said that the trust had leased 17 acres of its land at Saligrama Puram village to the Raheja Group for the mall. But still, an official confirmation on the establishment of Inorbit Mall in Andhra Pradesh is awaited from the Raheja Group builders.
