The controversial reality show Bigg  Boss 3 Telugu contestant Shilpa Chakravarthy wants TikTok to be banned. She wants the popular video-sharing app to be banned in India, as she doesn’t want China to generate revenue from the app.

TikTok is a China based app. Shilpa Chakravarthy blamed China for the messed up condition of the world hinting at the Covid-19 pandemic. Many Indian people have demanded a ban on China based app TikTok. Recently during the media interaction, Shilpa Chakravarthy revealed that she has already stopped to use TikTok app. While many celebs from the film industry are asking people to quit TikTok, there are some who are supporting the app.

Shilpa Chakravarthy said, “I have been reading a lot on deadly virus Corona  and I felt the demand for a ban on Chinese apps- TikTok is legitimate.”

Shilpa Chakravarthy  who is well known face for the Television lovers, claimed that her locality in Hyderabad is under a strict lockdown after a coronavirus  +ive case was reported recently.  The TV host confessed that she is trying hard to keep herself and her kids engaged and +ive during the Coronavirus lockdown.

Shilpa Chakravarthy made her entry into Bigg Boss Telugu 3 house as a wild card contestant. After  spending 14 days in the Bigg Boss house, she got evicted on the 56th day.
