The first female Superstar Sridevi, who has worked in films across Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Hindi and Kannada, had a career spanning close to five decades. Sridevi, 54, passed away in Dubai on 24th February, where she had gone to attend the wedding of her nephew Mohit Marwah. She has touched many lives, fans across generations and Internet sensation Priya Prakash Varrier is no different. The young girl from Thissur became an overnight internet sensation after a wink and flash of a smile in her debut film Oru Adaar Love.
The 18 years old Malayalam actress posted a heartwarming tribute to Sridevi. While her fans and movie lovers have all seen Varrier’s playful winks, this time nation’s latest crush in a emotional mood in the video posted the club. The video features Priya Prakas Varrier singing ‘Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna’ song from Karan Johar’s film by the same name. Incidentally, Sridevi’s elder daughter Jhanvi Kapoor is making her Bollywood debut with a Karan Johar film, Dhadak, in which Ishan Khattar is playing the lead role. Dhadak is the Hindi remake of the Marathi superhit film Sairat.
