It is known news that Akhil Akkineni has joined hands with Bommarillu Bhaskar for an upcoming project, which will be bankrolled by mega producer Allu Aravind under the banner of Geetha Arts. The makers have not finalized the leading lady till date. According to the latest update, Akhil Akkineni is going to start the shoot of Geetha Arts’ production venture from 26th of this month.
The team is scouting for a suitable heroine to pair up with Akhil Akkineni. The hunt is on and an official word is expected to be out any time soon. On the genre of this upcoming film of Allu Arjun starrer, it is heard that it will be an emotional family drama. Nagarjuna’ son agreed to do the project after Bommarillu Bhaskar convinced him with the strong storyline line.
Incidentally, Akhil Akkineni has acted in three films – Akhil, Hello and Mr Majnu so far but none of them have been able to make a big impact at the box office. Akhil was a fantasy film, in which he shared the screen space with Sayesshaa Saigal while Hello was an action thriller in Kalyani Priyadarsh essayed the female lead and Mr Majnu was a romantic comedy which has Nidhhi Agerwal in female lead. His fourth film #Akhil4 is touted to be an emotional family drama which means Akhil Akkineni is all set on trying his hands on different genres to prove his acting abilities.
